Quality Management

This international norm has been elaborated to attend the organizations, in the implementation and the operation of an effective system of quality management.

With the aim, it specific the requirements of the systems of management, applicable to any organization whom it loves to demonstrates its capacity to provide products or services that fulfill the requirements of the clients and the prescribed ones that is to him of application.

The quality management is based on eight principles for the attainment of its objectives:

  • Organization focused to the client: Since the organization depends on them, she must include/understand his necessities, present and future, satisfy them and exceed his expectations.

  • Leadership: The leaders settle down the unit of intention and the direction of the organization, creating and maintaining an atmosphere internal so that the personnel becomes jumbled in the profit of the objectives.

  • Participation of the personnel: since the personnel, independently of the hierarchic leveling which its constitutes the essence of the organization, its active participation makes possible that their abilities contribute to the benefit of all institution. 

  • Approach to processes: the reach of the wished results more efficient when the resources and the related activities are managed like processes, planned and is put in practice under conditions controlled and directed to provide added value. 

  • Approach of the system towards the management. The identification, understanding and management of a system of processes interrelated for a given objective, improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of an organization.

  • Continues improvement: on the generated results and their revision, the detection of improvement opportunities is a permanent objective of the organization. 

  • Objective approach towards the decision making. The system of quality management allows an effective decision making, cradle in the objective analysis of data and information. 

  • Relations mutually beneficial with providers: since the organization and it providers are interdependency, their relations intensify the capacity of both to creative value.
