OPSA history begins, mainly, in the task of audit conducted by its directors in the British Hospital of Buenos Aires (by order of its Direction and PAMPAS) and with the consultancy and advising to DIAGNOS S.A.. In 1992 the company was contracted for the attention of the 100,000 affiliated of Social Obra of the Workers of the Companies of Electricidad (OSTEE) what consolidated its lending structure, to which today thousands of Medicina partners are added Privada S.A., Medicenter S.A. o Aerovida S.A., among others. In 1995, from well-taken care of strategic alliances National System OPSA is developed which makes possible to administer in all the country the dentistry service of I.M.G.Latin America, and Social Obra of the Personnel of the Industry of the Dress, whose central clinic also is manage by OPSA.

The Company is lead by Dr. Carlos Horacio Nápoli, in charge of the commercial and administrative area and by Dr. Horacio Luis Rossi, in charge of the technical-operative area. The Dr. Maria del Carmen Asté handles the professional equipment and of systems in Dentistry Audit. Dr Sergio Vampa, is the General Coordinator of Clinics, the countable administrative advising of the Study Papantos and Parrela, and of the Study Rossi Camilión in the legal subjects.

OPSA counts on a complete system of computerized audit patient by personnel with more than 10 years of experience in the control of liquidations and dentistry invoicing, that processes at the present time 10.000 benefits, verified by previous and later control by sampling in our Doctor's Office of Audit. Until the moment, the dentistry cover offers through more than 800 lenders, supported by an scope of Buenos Aires City and the rear area of the Province of Buenos Aires.

OPSA serve from 1992 to OSTEE, Social Work of the Workers of the Companies of Electricity, whose 70.000 beneficiaries enjoy and integral cover that includes all the dental benefits. The structure of OPSA is based on a network of more than 800 dentists, centers of attention more specialized and clinics of urgencies, distributed strategically in all the scope of the metropolitan area, from La Plata City to Escobar and from the Río de la Plata to Moreno. All the system operates controlled from the offices of OPSA located in the microcenter of Buenos Aires City.

The External Audit like control of Quality and Effectiveness

In 1991 the external audit of the services was made by the Dental Department of the British Hospital. That gave the result of the implementation on the Direction of that institution  to reordering program that improves cost and quality. After, the organization proposal was carried out, which P.A.M.P.A. used to orient the dental supply and for the extension of cover. During 1995 and 1996, OPSA carried out an evaluation of the service of T.I.M dentistry fulfilled ample satisfaction of the company, the same way that the subsequent consultancy.

OPSA administrates from Marcha of 1996 the Centro Odontológico del Sanatorio de Héctor De Cusatis, pertaining to Social Work of the personnel of the Dress Industry. Becoming position of the facilities of the Center, management the attention of the affiliated ones with this important organization, with total satisfaction of the beneficiaries, the people in the charge and the won lenders, generating a circle of efficiency of optimal results.
