OPSA Chile

On June 24 of 2004, in Santiago, Chile, it was constituted the dentistry company OPSA Chile S.A.. The society is integrated in a 50% by Odontologia Personalizada S.A. of Argentina, and the other 50% by the Chilean business firms of the sector.

OPSA, of Argentina, will contribute with the know how in planning, strategic management and administration of dentistry services, capacities by which TÜV Rheinland extended the certificate of ISO 9001:2000.

The directory of the new company is integrated by Carlos H. Nápoli as the President, Horacio Rossi as the Vice-president and the Chilean lawyer Matías I. Bruna Carrasco as Secretary and representative of the Chilean sector of this society.

Dr. Carlos H. Nápoli signed the deed constituent of OPSA Chile S.A.

The objectives of OPSA Chile includes the benefit of dentistry services in all its varied range of necessities, the commercialization of all classes of products direct or indirectly linked with the dentistry, as well as the administration of all type of establishments that serve in or for the dentistry. .

OPSA Chile is constituted in the third step of a series that already conforms OPSA Argentina and OPSA Spain G.S.O. of Madrid.
